Adrian Gileno is Kmart’s Kidswear Apparel Buyer, with over ten years of buying experience across men’s and kids apparel. Adrian’s buying expertise lie in evaluating trends and implementing seasonal strategies, with an impressive ability to anticipate future trends. Personally, Adrian has a love for all things health, fitness and culture, and when he’s not buying you can find him running, swimming and cycling, or channelling his passion for arts, interior design and fashion.
Kmart’s Sustainable Materials Manager
Lucy King has over ten years’ experience in embedding sustainability within leading fashion brands and food retailers across Australia and South Africa. At Kmart, Lucy is responsible for leading the sustainable materials program - supporting the design, buying, sourcing and marketing teams in the delivery of Kmart’s sustainable material commitments including cotton, polyester, cellulose, wool and timber. When Lucy is not at work, she is spending time with family and friends, swimming in the ocean, browsing antique shops, or making her way through the many incredible ‘farm-to-table’ dining experiences that Melbourne has to offer.
Sophia Pafitis is a now Melbourne-based make-up artist, with decade-long international and local career spanning fashion, editorial, commercial and bridal. Sophia works to a philosophy that translates through her artistry: make up exists to enhance natural structures and complement features; skin that looks like skin with a healthy, dewy glow, facial symmetry and blended contours are the premise of her work.
